Weekend Participant Fee - $475 per person
Lodging Options (separate from participant fee)
Room - $175 per night. Fee includes two adults. Each room has their own shower and bathroom. Registration will give you the option to share a room with other participants to save on costs if available.
Carols AMAZING Breakfast - $25 per breakfast.
Hook-Up Camping - $35 each rig per night.
Dry Camping - $30 each rig per night.
Barn Stall - $ 35 each horse per night.
Corral - $15 each horse per night.
Space is limited, $200 non-refundable deposit (towards $475 event fee) required to hold your spot. All dues paid in full 30 prior to selected weekend.
If you want to sign up for all 3 destination rides for the discounted rate of $1,200, $600 non-refundable deposit must be paid 30 days prior to the first event.
